Privacy Policy

1. What this policy covers

This Privacy Policy applies to the Tokelio marketing website (tokelio.com), the documentation site (docs.tokelio.com), and the Tokelio product-preview dApp. It does not cover third-party sites we link to, or the wallet, browser, or AI provider software you choose to use alongside Tokelio.

2. Information we collect

Tokelio is designed to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the product, we may process:

• Wallet address. When you connect a wallet to the dApp, we see your public wallet address. We do not receive your private keys or seed phrase — Tokelio never has access to them.
• Copilot conversations.Messages you send to the Tokelio Copilot (and the assistant's replies) are stored, keyed to your connected wallet address, so your chat history persists across sessions. Message content is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response — see "Third-party services" below.
• Usage and log data. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically logs standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, for security, debugging, and reliability purposes.
• Contact information you provide. If you email us or fill out a contact form, we keep whatever you send us so we can respond.

3. How we use information

• To operate and improve the website, docs, and dApp preview.
• To power the Copilot — sending your message to our AI provider and returning its response.
• To keep your Copilot conversation history available when you reconnect the same wallet.
• To maintain security, detect abuse, and debug issues.
• To respond to support or contact requests.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use your wallet address or chat history for advertising.

4. Third-party services

Tokelio is built on top of a small number of infrastructure and AI providers, each with their own privacy practices:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website, docs, dApp, and the database that stores Copilot chat history.
• Anthropic — processes the text of your Copilot messages to generate responses.
• Wallet providers (e.g. MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, WalletConnect) — you connect through your own wallet software; Tokelio only receives the public address it shares with us.

5. Data retention

Copilot conversation history is retained until you delete a conversation in the dApp or disconnect and request deletion by contacting us. Standard infrastructure logs are retained for a limited period for security and debugging, then routinely purged.

6. Your choices

• Disconnect your wallet at any time to stop the dApp from associating activity with your address.
• Delete individual Copilot conversations from within the dApp.
• Contact us to request deletion of data associated with your wallet address.

7. Children's privacy

Tokelio is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves — especially around the Robinhood launch, when $TOKE receives a contract address and real settlement goes live. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
